Some of the most common signs that your AC is not working properly are strange odours, dripping, unusual noises, poor airflow, or warm air. That being said, if you don’t experience any of these, you should still get your AC thoroughly serviced and maintained to keep your system running without any issues.
AC units require a thorough maintenance process, including cooling efficiency assessment, unblocking of drip trays, coil cleaning, duct cleaning, air flow balance assessment, and others. We do not provide free inspections ā however, the full fee that you pay for the visit will be refunded on any follow up work you proceed with.
With the harsh weather conditions of Dubai from the extreme heat to sand storms, we recommend getting your AC units cleaned and maintained regularly despite your warranty. This will keep the AC performing optimally and prevent any major failures down the line.
We charge AED295 per unit.
We recommend having your AC systems checked every 4 months.
You can calculate the number of AC units on your property by counting the number of thermostats. Each thermostat relates to one AC unit.
A typical air conditioner can last as long as 15 years if it receives regular preventative maintenance. An AC unit in Dubai is expected to deteriorate as quickly as five years if theyāre not regularly serviced.
Before thinking about changing your AC, we can visit your home and review the units to see if a repair can be made. If not, we will help you with the replacement.
The best temperature for your thermostat is the highest one at which you still feel comfortable. For most homes, this is around 21 degrees Celsius.
