The package above brings scheduled maintenance and practical support into one agreement. Three AC services per unit are planned across the year, alongside annual electrical and plumbing inspections, handyman time, emergency callouts and discounts on selected specialist cleaning services.
For AC systems, this is sometimes described as an AC service contract, air conditioning maintenance contract or HVAC AMC. Breathe Home Maintenance’s package goes further than cooling alone by combining AC servicing with electrical, plumbing, handyman and emergency support benefits.
